What the Financial Reporting Centre does

The FRC is established under Section 21 of the Proceeds of Crime and Anti-Money Laundering Act No. 9 of 2009. The MyGov/FRC notice sets these process requirements for every applicant:

  • Read the detailed job description and person specification for your chosen reference on www.frc.go.ke before you apply. Each role has its own academic, professional and experience bar.
  • Provide accurate information. Giving incorrect information in an application is an offence.
  • If shortlisted, produce original academic and professional certificates and testimonials at interview.
  • If successful, submit Chapter Six of the Constitution compliance documents:
    • DCI Certificate of Good Conduct
    • KRA Tax Compliance Certificate
    • EACC clearance
    • HELB clearance
    • CRB clearance
  • Do not canvass. Canvassing leads to automatic disqualification.
  • Do not send a hard-copy application. Only the online portal is accepted.
