Successful applicants must meet Chapter Six of the Constitution and provide clearance certificates from HELB, EACC, a credit reference bureau, KRA and the DCI. IPOA will run background checks and verify academic certificates before onboarding. IPOA says it does not use recruitment agencies, does not charge any fee at any stage, and that canvassing leads to automatic disqualification.
