    • Handle complex employee relations casework, including disciplinary matters, in collaboration with Line Managers and Centre Managers.
  • Team Management:
    • Supervise the HR team’s daily functions, providing guidance and coaching to foster professional development.
    • Delegate tasks based on team members’ strengths, ensuring timely execution of assignments.
  • Policy Formulation and Implementation:
    • Develop, review, and implement HR policies aligned with Kenya’s labor laws to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Staff Welfare Management:
    • Propose and implement welfare programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
    • Develop counseling programs to support employees’ mental health and well-being.
    • Organize team-building activities to strengthen workplace relationships and promote collaboration.
  • Audit Reporting and CAPA:
    • Ensure HR programs comply with labor laws, mitigating risks.
