Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Verifying documentation of warehouse receipt transactions.
- Validating completion of warehouse receipt transactions.
- Updating Information on warehouse receipt collateral credit.
- Verifying preparations and updating of warehouse receipt details for trading.
- Receiving and consolidating requests for transfer of warehouse receipts.
- Verifying data for monitoring and evaluation of warehouse receipt transaction and financing framework.
- Validating information on warehouse receipt transactions.
- Documenting and archiving of warehouse receipt records.
- Maintaining records of warehouse receipt transactions.
- Reconciling central registry records.
- Verifying the completeness and conformity of the warehouse receipt to the set standards.
Person Specifications
Mandatory requirements:
- Have Served in the grade of Receipt Transaction Officer II for a minimum period of **three (3) years**.
- Have a Bachelor degree in any the following disciplines: **Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Management Science**, or a relevant equivalent degree.
- Been Proficient in computer applications.
- Have shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
