The Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. The role combines hands-on execution with strong process and system discipline to ensure traceability, FIFO/FEFO compliance, and accurate material flow across the factory. This position works closely with the Procurement team at Bio Foods and the Finance department to ensure efficient coordination of deliveries, documentation, and inventory availability.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for someone who can:
- Receive and verify all incoming goods against supplier delivery notes and purchase orders.
- Inspect materials for quality, expiry, and condition; immediately report any discrepancies or damages.
- Label all received items with batch numbers, expiry dates, and other identifiers to maintain full traceability.
- Accurately record all receipts, stock movements, and dispatches in spreadsheets and/or SAP, ensuring consistency between physical and system records.
Education and Experience Level
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in warehousing or logistics within a food or FMCG environment.
- Proven track record in inventory control, FIFO/FEFO management, and dispatch documentation.
- Strong computer literacy, including Excel and SAP.
