Job Report / Summary
To assist with warehouse and logistics operations through proper handling, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate stock levels in designated areas.
- Load, offload, and count stock regularly.
- Monitor and report low stock levels and packaging material usage.
Receiving
- Receive, inspect, and label incoming stock.
- Store received stock in the warehouse; update relevant registers.
- Handle customer returns and reconcile consignments.
- Maintain documentation and batch records.
Order Processing
- Retrieve stock for customer orders.
- Label packages and prepare packing specifications.
- Update order and dispatch documentation.
Dispatch
- Inspect, label, and dispatch orders.
- Prepare goods and shipping documents to customers.
- Record dispatches, deliveries, and returns accurately.
Qualification and Skills
- Minimum of a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in warehousing or logistics is an added advantage.
- A strong commitment to excellent work and organizational skills.
- Proficient in use of computers and MS Office packages.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
