The Opportunity

We are looking for a Virtual Customer Service Agent to manage a variety of administrative and client-facing tasks that support business operations and ensure customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for handling communications, managing client relationships, and maintaining efficient service delivery in a digital workspace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and respond to emails and phone calls from customers and clients.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries and provide timely, accurate responses.
  • Manage large volumes of incoming calls and digital correspondence.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through open and professional communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using approved systems and tools.
  • Handle customer complaints, offer effective solutions, and ensure follow-up to resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents appropriately.
  • Follow company communication procedures, guidelines, and service policies.

Qualifications and Experience (The Essentials)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
  • At least 1 year of proven experience as an administrative assistant, personal assistant, or virtual assistant.
  • Experience using CRM systems or software commonly found in BPO environments.
  • Previous experience in a virtual assistant or BPO role is an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle high volumes of diverse tasks with efficiency and accuracy.
