Duties and Responsibilities
Podcast Visuals:
- Set up, film, and edit podcast episodes.
- Manage lighting, camera angles, and video composition during recordings.
- Edit podcast visuals for YouTube and social media (cutdowns, highlights, reels, etc.).
- Ensure all podcast video content aligns with brand and quality standards.

Music Videos & Creative Productions:
- Conceptualize, film, and edit music videos for artists and company projects.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual narratives and shooting concepts.
- Manage all stages of production—from pre-production planning to final edits.
Corporate & Marketing Content:
- Produce visual content for corporate clients, including brand stories, product features, and promotional videos.
- Support marketing campaigns with high-quality, on-brand visual assets.
- Capture behind-the-scenes and event footage for company use.
Photography:
- Capture high-quality photos for clients, behind-the-scenes content, and marketing materials.
- Edit and retouch images for use across digital and print platforms.
Graphic Design & Visual Branding:
- Design podcast thumbnails, music video cover art, banners, and social media graphics.
- Create visually consistent materials for marketing and digital campaigns.
- Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all media platforms.
Key Requirement Skills And Qualification
- Certificate or Diploma in Film Production, Digital Media, or Multimedia Design
- Proven experience in videography, Podcast, photography, and graphic design
- Strong portfolio showcasing video, photo, and design work
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Lightroom, etc.).
- Strong understanding of lighting, framing, and video editing techniques
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects efficiently
