Vehicle Sales Person

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  2. Identify new business opportunities and customer segments to drive growth.
  3. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and threats.
  4. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  6. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Develop and implement a plan to maximize sales and market share.
  8. Oversee day-to-day sales operations and ensure efficient workflow.
  9. Manage the sales budget and allocate resources effectively.
  10. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
  11. Conduct end of day reconciliation on stocks, sales and revenue and share daily reports.
  12. Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  13. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback.

Requirements:

  1. Diploma in Sales & Marketing, or its equivalent.
  2. KCSE mean grade of C with a C (plain) in mathematics.
  3. Must be a man
  4. Minimum of 3 years sales experience in FMCG/Alcohol industry will be an added advantage.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  6. High level of honesty, integrity, agility, and attention to detail
  7. High level of accountability and ability to cope with pressure.
  8. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  9. Market knowledge and strategic thinking
  10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  11. Self-motivation and result-oriented.
  12. Must have a Class C2 and E License, with at least 3 years’ experience.
