Lead Generation & Outbound Sales

  • Execute targeted telemarketing campaigns to generate and qualify leads.
  • Make outbound calls and emails to connect with decision-makers in our target industries.
  • Identify high-potential prospects and turn them into sales opportunities.

Sales Conversion & Revenue Growth

  • Drive the full sales cycle: pitch, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas consistently.
  • Upsell and cross-sell Kyobi Digital’s services to maximize revenue.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Provide top-notch support, address inquiries, and ensure a smooth client experience.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups for every lead.

Team Leadership (Manager Role)

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing telemarketing team.
  • Monitor team KPIs, provide coaching, and implement strategies to boost results.
  • Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to align campaigns with sales efforts.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor call metrics, conversion rates, and revenue performance.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve sales strategies and drive ROI.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in telesales, telemarketing, or B2B sales.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-focused.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
