Job Description
We are seeking a Telesales Associate to join our team and support business development efforts across Technology, Advertising and Industrial Automation industries. The ideal candidate is confident, target-driven, and self-motivated, with strong communication and negotiation skills. They should be adept at identifying prospects, nurturing leads, and building lasting client relationships through structured outreach, consultative selling, and solution-oriented engagement. A proactive attitude and the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment will be key to success in this role.
Resposibilities
Lead Generation & Sales Conversion
- Initiate outbound sales calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate new business leads.
- Qualify prospects and present the Group’s service offerings in a persuasive and professional manner.
- Maintain consistent contact with potential clients to convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Support lead generation campaigns across technology, advertising, and industrial solutions portfolios.
- Consistently achieve and surpass weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and conversion targets.
Market Intelligence
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, industry shifts, and new growth opportunities.
- Monitor competitor strategies, pricing models, and service offerings to position subsidiaries as leading players.
- Translate market insights into actionable business development strategies and client recommendations.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Understand client needs across different industries and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Schedule appointments and demonstrations for Business Development Team or Account Executives.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects and repeat clients.
- Maintain professional client communication and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Contribute to excellent customer experiences by aligning client needs with internal capabilities.
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Zoho CRM for all outreach and conversion activities.
- Monitor sales metrics such as lead quality, conversion rate, and call efficiency.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports for management review.
- Use CRM insights to recommend improvements to outreach strategy and lead management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing team to support campaign follow-ups and event-based lead nurturing.
- Participate in strategic planning to shape business growth initiatives and market entry strategies.
- Collaborate with product, technical, and creative teams to ensure accurate information and service delivery.
- Provide feedback from client interactions to inform sales playbooks, proposals and campaign design.
- Participate in regular training sessions to strengthen industry knowledge and product understanding.
