What you will do:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote the company’s Boda financing products and services.
  • Engage existing leads from various sources (campaigns, referrals, or inquiries) to convert them into active customers.
  • Explain the asset financing process clearly to customers, including loan requirements, repayment terms, and product benefits.
  • Guide customers through the loan application and approval process, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the field sales and verification teams to ensure timely processing and delivery of financed assets.
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries about financing options, eligibility, and repayment.
  • Actively participate in the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to loan disbursement—to ensure successful conversion.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.
  • Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitive products to support continuous improvement.
  • Participate in regular product and sales training sessions to stay updated on company offerings and market dynamics.

What you will need:

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of telesales or direct sales experience, preferably in financial services or asset financing.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to close sales over the phone.
  • Excellent understanding of the Boda (motorcycle) financing market and customer segment is an added advantage.
  • Goal-driven, persuasive, and confident in handling objections.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform well under pressure.
  • Fluent in English and Swahili (additional local languages are a plus).
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work independently.
  • Fluent in English and Swahili.
