Who We’re Looking For
- We’re looking for an experienced Telesales Agent to join our energetic and dynamic in-office team.

What We Offer
- Full-time, in-office position (not remote)
- Base salary: KES 10,000
- Bonuses and commissions: uncapped earning potential
- Average monthly income: over KES 50,000
- Top performers earn 200,000+ KES per month
Recruitment Process
- Resume: Submit your up-to-date CV with a valid email address.
- Online Test: If your CV meets our requirements, you’ll receive a link to complete a short test via email.
- Interview: Candidates who pass the test will be invited for a final interview.
- After successfully completing all three stages, you’ll be invited to join our free onboarding and sales training program, which lasts three days.
- Once you complete training and pass the final exam, you’ll receive an official offer to join Halisi — and we’ll sign a formal contract with you before you start working in our Nairobi office.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Present, promote, and sell dietary supplements to new and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Maximize customer satisfaction and enhance service quality.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Proven experience in telesales or phone-based customer service (a strong plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and professional.
Language requirements:
- English – Minimum Level B2 (Upper-Intermediate) Swahili – Fluent (Full Professional Proficiency) Luganda — Fluent (Full Professional Proficiency)
- Willingness to work on-site and grow within the sales field.
