Purpose of the Role
To support the Front Desk and Sales team in receiving and processing customer orders efficiently, ensuring smooth communication between the Logistics, production, and sales departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process customer orders accurately and on time.
- Communicate promptly with dispatch and production teams to ensure smooth order flow.
- Support customer enquiries, and give them a tour of the factory shop.
- Track customer communication via email and WhatsApp, ensuring timely responses.
- Maintain daily records, filing, and reporting for management.
- Assist in addressing customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Keep the company shop area organized and welcoming.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales and Dispatch teams.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Customer Service, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Word, and Email).
- A positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.
