- We are seeking a Technical Sage Software Consultant to lead the implementation, support, and customization of Sage software for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, manage end-to-end implementation projects, and provide expert support to ensure optimal software performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute Sage software implementations (e.g., Sage 200 and or Sage 300, Sage Evolution)
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot software issues for clients
- Customize and configure software solutions to meet specific client requirements
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Deliver training and documentation to end-users
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project timelines and goals are met.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience with Sage software products (Sage 50, Sage Evolution, etc.)
- Strong understanding of accounting/business processes
- Experience in software implementation and project management
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
