We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Team Leader to join our debt recovery team at Beyond Bean Counters.
Key Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2–5 years’ experience in debt collection or credit control, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and debt recovery systems
- Knowledge of debt recovery laws and compliance procedures
- High integrity, resilience, and ability to manage performance targets
