  • Source candidates via job boards, social media & referrals
  • Conduct initial phone interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS
  • Represent us at career fairs & recruitment events
  • Support the recruitment team with admin tasks
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience

Requirements

  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management & organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy
  • Proficient in MS Office; ATS knowledge is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field
  • Previous 2-3 years in recruitment or HR experience preferrably International experience.
