Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end client engagements across sustainability strategy, ESG reporting, climate and ESG risk management, capacity building, and carbon advisory.
- Conduct materiality assessments, peer benchmarking, and gap analyses to identify sustainability priorities, risks, and opportunities for clients.
- Prepare high-quality sustainability and ESG reports aligned with leading global standards and frameworks, including GRI, IFRS S1 & S2, SASB, TNFD, and integrated reporting.
- Design and deliver tailored training programs for Boards, management, and staff to build organisational capacity in ESG, sustainability disclosures, and climate risk management.
- Draft clear, compelling, and visually engaging reports, presentations, and knowledge products that translate technical content into practical business insights.
- Track global and regional regulatory trends, ESG trends, and disclosure developments to provide clients with forward-looking advice.
- Manage project teams and junior consultants, delegating effectively, reviewing outputs, and ensuring quality assurance across deliverables.
- Support client relationship management, serving as a trusted advisor and maintaining regular communication to anticipate needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Contribute to business development by preparing proposals, pitches, concept notes, and thought leadership pieces that position Lybra as a leading ESG advisor.
- Represent Lybra at client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, environmental sciences, business, sustainability or a related field.
- Sustainability certifications such as GRI, FSA Credential, or SCR are highly desirable.
- 3–5 years’ experience in consulting or professional services, with proven ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and client engagements.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical content into clear business insights.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail, with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Collaborative, client-focused, and adaptable, with a strong commitment to advancing sustainability best practices.
