Key Responsibilities
- Source and purchase supplies and equipments needed by the establishment.
- Maintain relationship with reliable suppliers and negotiate favourable terms.
- Ensure service delivery to all department by maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Ensure inventory is received, stored, tracked and managed efficiently.
- Monitor procurement budgets and reduce costs without compromising quality.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.

Qualifications / Skills
- Diploma in Supply Chain / Procurement
- At least 2 years experience in supply chain management
- Negotiation skills
- Effective communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and any business management software will be an added advantage
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
