Billing Officer
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in hospital/healthcare billing
- Background in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Health Information Management
- Strong knowledge of billing systems, insurance processes, and revenue cycles
- High accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
Certified Theatre Nurse
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain a sterile operating theatre Assist surgeons during procedures (scrub & circulating) Monitor patients pre-, intra-, and post-operation
- Ensure strict infection prevention and control standards
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Nursing
- Valid NCK License
- Certified in Perioperative/Theatre Nursing (Mandatory) 3-5 years’ experience in a busy hospital theatre
Theatre Technician
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a busy operating theatre
- Proven ability to support a wide range of surgical procedures
- Strong knowledge of theatre equipment handling, sterilization, and infection control protocols
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-demand environment
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Relevant certification in Theatre Technology or a related field
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain operating theatre equipment and instruments
- Ensure proper sterilization and adherence to infection prevention standards
- Assist surgeons, nurses, and anaesthetists during procedures Monitor and restock theatre supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the theatre at all times
Procurement Officer
We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Procurement Officer with hospital experience to support efficient sourcing and supply of medical and non-medical items.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure medical supplies, equipment, and services
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
- Ensure timely delivery and stock availability
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with hospital procurement policies
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a hospital setting (Mandatory) Strong knowledge of medical supplies and procurement processes
- Proficiency in procurement systems and MS Office
