Associate-Transaction Advisory (Private Sector)
Key Responsibilities
- Execute M&A and capital raising transactions
- Build financial models, valuations and investor materials
- Support deal structuring, negotiations and execution
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting
- 5+ years in investment banking, corporate finance or advisory
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
Senior Accountant
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial reporting and month-end close
- Ensure tax, statutory and IFRS compliance
- Support budgeting, forecasting and internal controls
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA(K), ACCA or equivalent
- 4-6 years accounting experience with strong IFRS knowledge
HR Officer – Recruitment
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Build talent pipelines and employer branding initiatives
- Support HR operations and compliance
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- 2-4 years recruitment and talent acquisition experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities
- Advise on PPPs, privatizations and infrastructure projects
- Build financial models and transaction structures
- Engage governments, DFIs and key stakeholders
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting
- 5+ years in public sector advisory, PPPs or infrastructure finance
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
Associate Director
Responsibilities
- Lead M&A, capital raising & advisory transactions
- Manage senior clients & strategic engagements
- Drive business development & deal origination
- Lead teams & oversee high-quality deliverables
Requirements
- 8+ years in corporate finance / investment advisory
- Strong financial modeling & deal execution skills
- Proven transaction experience
