Digital Marketer
Qualifications
- We’re looking for a creative powerhouse to join us
- 2+ years experienced in digital marketing (real estate/finance a plus)
- Fluent in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Analytics, Email platforms (Mailchimp, etc)
- Obsessed with KPIs, A/B testing, and campaign optimization
- A master of both strategy and execution
- Passionate about impact, ownership, and doing Whatever It Takes
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan & execute full-funnel digital campaigns
- Grow engagement, leads, & conversions across social, search & email
- Own performance metrics (ROAS, CPL, CTR, CAC-you know the drill)
- Build automation, segment audiences & personalize investor journeys
- Work closely with brand, sales, and product to align content with goals
- Drive real results. Not fluff.
Network and Smart Systems Engineer
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field.
- 3 years’ experience in network/infrastructure engineering.
- Practical experience with IP networking and loT systems.
- Skilled in coordinating vendors/contractors for technical installations.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Preferred: Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, Network+) & exposure to smart building or integrated tech systems.
Responsibilities
- Network & Systems Management: Design, monitor, and optimize network architecture for performance, security, and scalability.
- IoT & Infrastructure Oversight: Manage integration of CCTV, access control, fiber, smart meters, lifts, and other loT systems.
- Vendor Coordination: Serve as the technical lead for infrastructure projects and maintenance.
- Security & Compliance: Implement and maintain security best practices across network and loT environments.
Sales Personnel
Qualifications
- Graduate with a Bachelors degree and above
- At least 2 years Experience in high ticket sales preferably real estate, Insurance or related field
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- A go-geter and goal oriented
- 25 years of age and above
- Adaptive and flexible
Responsibilities
- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Collaborating with the team to develop effective sales strategies
Property Manager
Qualifications
- Certificate in Real estate, property management or a related course
- Ability to adopt, learn and implement processes and acquired skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Attention to detail
- Have a certificate of good conduct
