Customer Satisfaction Agent/ Sales Support
Key Responsibilities
- Emergency Support -Be available 24/7 during customer travel.
- Ground Inquiries -Manage bookings and verify payments on ground
- Complaint resolution -Collaborate on safari-related complaints with the relevant departments i.e. reservations and transport team.
- Procedures and escalation -Follow established procedures for issue resolution and meet the customers for major issue resolution
- Refunds -Handle refunds to the customers as approved and directed.
Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of the tourism industry and current trends
- Knowledge of major safari destinations in Kenya
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English
- Proficiency in speaking either French/Spanish is a must
- Critical thinker and problem solver
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Degree/Diploma in travel and tourism management, hospitality, or similar relevant education
HR Intern
Key Responsibilities
- HR Administration & Records: Maintain employee information, organize HR documents, and ensure data accuracy.
- Coordination & Scheduling: Arrange interviews, meetings, and training sessions.
- Payroll Support: Assist with timesheets and payroll processing to ensure accurate compensation.
- Employee Support & Engagement: Respond to HR-related queries, support engagement initiatives, and assist with performance reviews.
- Training & Development
Qualifications
- At least 6 months to 1 year internship experience
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management
- Tech savvy and high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High level of confidentiality
- Knowledge in Health and safety regulations is an advantage
Office Assistant – Cook/ Cleaner Role
Cleaner responsibilities
- Office Cleaning – Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all office areas; ensure a tidy and hygienic environment
- Meeting rooms and events -Prepare rooms to be clean, well-arranged, and ready for use, with support for events when needed.
- Maintenance & Supplies – Report issues promptly and replenish hygiene or office supplies to sustain a safe, welcoming environment
Cook responsibilities
- Meal Preparation -Prepare and serve meals for staff each day
- Kitchen Hygiene -Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas
- Guest Support – Help with meals for meetings, visitors, and events; report equipment issues promptly
Qualifications
- Previous experience in office cleaning or cooking roles.
- At least 2 years of experience in cooking for a large number of team members on a daily basis
- ertificate/Diploma in cooking
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Friendly and approachable personality with a focus on service.
Security Guard
Key Responsibilities
- Patrolling and monitoring – review on activities on the company’s premises regularly
- Property safety -Ensure the safety of company property within the premises
- Access Control -Controlling the entrance and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles according to set protocols and update on any security measures that need to be put in place
- Reporting -Providing detailed reports on daily and weekly activities
- Policy compliance -Ensure compliance with company security policies and legal protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum three (3) years of relevant work experience as a Security guard or equivalent role in a reputable organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- First Aid Training (added advantage)
- Computer literacy is an added advantage
