Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and management for all sports and physical education activities.
- Develop and implement sports programs, training plans, and schedules aligned with the school’s vision.
- Identify and nurture student talent, preparing learners for internal and external competitions.
- Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and a healthy lifestyle among students.
- Ensure effective management of sports facilities, equipment, and resources.
- Build partnerships with sports organizations, federations, and community stakeholders to enhance opportunities for learners.
- Mentor and support sports coaches and staff to align with institutional goals.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sports management, coaching, or physical education within a school or similar setting.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for nurturing young talent and promoting a culture of discipline and excellence.
