The Role
- We are looking for a Software Sales Executive who thrives in a consultative sales environment. You won’t just be selling a product; you will be selling a solution. Your primary goal is to identify potential clients, understand their pain points, demonstrate how our software solves them, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect & Qualify: Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and inbound lead follow-up.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery calls to uncover customer challenges and tailor your pitch to their specific needs.
- Product Demos: Lead engaging, high-level demonstrations of the software to stakeholders (C-Suite, Managers, and End-users).
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and healthy sales pipeline using our CRM
- Closing: Negotiate contract terms, handle objections, and close deals to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly quotas.
- Market Feedback: Act as the “ears on the ground,” relaying customer feedback and market trends to our Product and Engineering teams.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 2–5 years of sales experience (experience selling SaaS/Software or technical services is a major plus).
- Tech Savviness: You don’t need to be a coder, but you must be comfortable learning software and explaining technical concepts to non-technical buyers.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You can write a compelling email and command a room (or a Zoom call).
- Resilience: You understand that “No” is just part of the process. You are persistent and self-motivated.
