Role Description

Perform functional, regression, and usability testing on applications.
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on software requirements.
Identify, document, and track defects using project management tools.
Collaborate closely with developers to resolve test issues, identify root causes, and retest resolved issues.
Participate in requirements and design reviews to provide input on functional requirements.
Conduct compatibility tests across various devices and platforms.
Utilize automated testing tools to improve testing efficiency.
Provide detailed reports on testing progress and results.
Stay current with new testing tools and strategies.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Attention to detail, analytical skills, and good communication.
Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program, preferably in computer science
Technical skills are also highly, basic understanding of programming languages like Java or Python, familiarity with web technologies like HTML and JavaScript, and
Knowledge of QA methodologies, such as test plans and bug reports.
