What You’ll Do
- Create simple, engaging posts for Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Help plan and manage our weekly content calendar
- Respond to DMs, comments, and general community questions
- Assist with scheduling and basic performance tracking
- Bring fresh ideas that can boost reach and engagement
- Keep an eye on trends and spot content opportunities early
What We’re Looking For
- Basic design or content creation skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools)
- Comfortable using Meta and LinkedIn
- Clear, friendly communication
- Reliable, organized, and willing to learn
- Able to manage tasks remotely and keep deadlines
- Someone who enjoys the fast, flexible nature of a startup environment
- Time Commitment
- Part-time, flexible hours. Workload shifts week to week, but consistency matters.
Compensation
KES 15,000 monthly retainer.
