  • Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Lead and manage site workers, subcontractors, and equipment operators with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.
  • Oversee carpentry, masonry, and finishing works to align with project specifications.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of tools, machinery, and site facilities.
  • Monitor materials usage, report progress, and resolve site issues in real-time. • Liaise
  • with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven supervisory experience with the ability to lead, motivate, and manage site teams effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience working with heavy construction equipment and a strong understanding of operational safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to coordinate between workers, contractors, and project managers.
  • Practical carpentry skills and hands-on experience managing carpentry works and site installations.
  • Proficiency in tool maintenance, equipment handling, and site facility management.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities to manage tasks, schedules, and documentation.
  • Effective problem-solving skills, capable of handling site challenges promptly and efficiently.
  • Relevant certifications or safety training in construction site supervision, occupational safety, or project coordination.
  • Previous experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use construction projects is a significant advantage.
