Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Lead and manage site workers, subcontractors, and equipment operators with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.
- Oversee carpentry, masonry, and finishing works to align with project specifications.
- Ensure proper maintenance of tools, machinery, and site facilities.
- Monitor materials usage, report progress, and resolve site issues in real-time. • Liaise
- with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven supervisory experience with the ability to lead, motivate, and manage site teams effectively.
- Demonstrated experience working with heavy construction equipment and a strong understanding of operational safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to coordinate between workers, contractors, and project managers.
- Practical carpentry skills and hands-on experience managing carpentry works and site installations.
- Proficiency in tool maintenance, equipment handling, and site facility management.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities to manage tasks, schedules, and documentation.
- Effective problem-solving skills, capable of handling site challenges promptly and efficiently.
- Relevant certifications or safety training in construction site supervision, occupational safety, or project coordination.
- Previous experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use construction projects is a significant advantage.
