Main Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers warmly and provide excellent service at all times.
- Guide guests through our menu and help them choose their perfect treat.
- Handle orders efficiently and operate the POS system accurately.
- Ensure product display and counters are always clean, fresh, and well-stocked.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in all customer and service areas.
- Support the team with packaging, labeling, and restocking products.
- Handle cash payments, and reconcile responsibly.
- Communicate customer feedback or issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Contribute to a positive and team-oriented work atmosphere.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or café environments.
- A warm, approachable, and service-driven personality.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic mathematical and money handling knowledge.
- Punctual, reliable, and flexible to work weekends or holidays.
