For the above position, the ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in the financial/banking sector, including at least five (5) years in Relationship Management within the Oil and Gas sector.
- Strong credit and financial analysis capabilities.
- Proven experience in client portfolio management.
- Solid understanding of Trade and Transaction Banking products.
- High digital proficiency and strong computer literacy.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial acumen.
- Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated integrity and the courage to challenge actions and the status quo across business units.
