Senior Relationship Manager, Chinese Desk
Job Purpose Statement
The Relationship Manager, Chinese Desk, reporting to the Director, Commercial & SME Banking, will be responsible for growing and managing a portfolio of Chinese-owned businesses. The role is focused on delivering a healthy balance sheet through asset and deposit growth, offering tailored banking solutions and maintaining high-quality relationships with Chinese clients. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for this niche segment and will work closely with internal teams to deliver a superior customer experience aligned with NCBA’s growth strategy and drive revenue growth
Ideal Job Specifications
Academic:
- Bachelor’s degree in business related field.
- Master’s Degree will be an added advantage
- Fluency in Chinese, both written and spoken
Professional Qualification:
- CPA, ACCA, Credit Management, Customer Relationship Management Course.
Desired work experience:
- Minimum 7 years banking experience in sales, customer service and relationship management, with at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Credit skills and knowledge of Commercial & SME Banking products and policies.
