Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital media buying strategies across programmatic, paid social, display, video, and search platforms.
- Optimize campaigns in real-time to achieve KPIs such as ROI, engagement, and conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance and produce actionable insights and post-campaign reports.
- Manage relationships with digital platforms, media partners, and technology vendors to deliver innovation and best value.
- Collaborate with client leads, planners, and strategy teams to integrate trading insights into overall media strategies.
- Ensure campaign accuracy across trafficking, tagging, tracking, and reporting.
- Supervise and guide Digital Traders, providing coaching and quality control on campaign execution.
- Stay updated on emerging digital platforms, technologies, and trading trends to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on experience in digital media trading within an agency or trading desk environment.
- Proficiency in tools such as DV360, Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
- Strong analytical ability and familiarity with data visualization and attribution tools.
- Demonstrated success in optimizing digital campaigns to achieve business goals
