  • Develop and execute digital media buying strategies across programmatic, paid social, display, video, and search platforms.
  • Optimize campaigns in real-time to achieve KPIs such as ROI, engagement, and conversions.
  • Analyze campaign performance and produce actionable insights and post-campaign reports.
  • Manage relationships with digital platforms, media partners, and technology vendors to deliver innovation and best value.
  • Collaborate with client leads, planners, and strategy teams to integrate trading insights into overall media strategies.
  • Ensure campaign accuracy across trafficking, tagging, tracking, and reporting.
  • Supervise and guide Digital Traders, providing coaching and quality control on campaign execution.
  • Stay updated on emerging digital platforms, technologies, and trading trends to drive continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on experience in digital media trading within an agency or trading desk environment.
  • Proficiency in tools such as DV360, Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Strong analytical ability and familiarity with data visualization and attribution tools.
  • Demonstrated success in optimizing digital campaigns to achieve business goals
