We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead and manage a team of frontend developers working on cutting-edge Digital Financial Services (DFS) solutions. This role combines technical leadership with people management, overseeing the development of React, Vue, TypeScript-based web applications and mini-apps within our super app ecosystem. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing developer teams, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, third-party integrations, and stakeholder relationships while driving the delivery of comprehensive DFS mini-apps and web applications.
Key Project Scope
Digital Financial Services (DFS) – Leading the complete frontend development lifecycle for DFS super app and mini-apps, including mobile and desktop web applications focused on digital financial service solutions.

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team developer.
- Provide technical guidance and code review oversight.
- Oversee delivery of complete front-end applications for DFS super app.
- Ensure successful delivery of Mini-apps for DFS super app ecosystem and collaborate with backend teams to define RESTful API specifications.
- Manage cloud infrastructure for frontend applications (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Oversee deployment strategies, scaling, and performance optimization.
- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines for super app and mini-app deployments.
- Implement and maintain development, staging, and production environments.
- Ensure seamless integration between multiple mini-apps and the super app platform.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of third-party developer portals.
- Manage API documentation, SDK development, and developer onboarding processes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including backend, QA, and DevOps.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party service integrations.
- Develop and execute frontend technology strategy aligned with DFS objectives.
- Establish development standards, coding practices, and architectural guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for financial services
Education & Professional Qualifications
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Master’s degree or relevant management certification preferred
- 8+ years’ experience developing web applications
- 5+ years’ experience building frontend applications in React and TypeScript
- 3+ years’ experience in people management and team leadership
- 2+ years’ experience managing cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience in financial services or fintech industry preferred
- Advanced proficiency in HTML, CSS, LESS, SASS, and JavaScript (React and Vue)
- Extensive experience with CI/CD pipeline design and management
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and infrastructure management
- Experience with OAuth, JWT Tokens, and security best practices
- Proficiency with GraphQL and RESTful API design
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture
