Job Specifications
- Organize and maintain documents
- Organize Board Meetings Logistics, Maintain Board Registers and ensure they are updated
- Draft correspondences
- Bringing up files for appropriate timely action
- Maintain and update the court register
- Attending to the relevant government registries on a need basis
- Assist in undertaking research on assigned legal issues
- Compilation and completion of papers, reports and reference materials

Person Specifications
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have: –
- Diploma in laws or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
- Four (4) years relevant experience
- Certificate in Computer Proficiency
- Meets the provision of Chapter Six of the Constitution

Successful candidates will be required to submit the following compliance documents in accordance with Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya (2010):
- Valid Tax Compliance Certificate from Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA).
- Clearance from the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC).
- Clearance from the Higher Education Loans Board (HELB).
- Credit Reference Bureau (CRB) clearance report.
- Valid Certificate of Good Conduct from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations.
