Qualifications
- Expertise in subject-related areas with demonstrated skills in teaching, public speaking, and developing engaging course content.
- Proficiency in research methodologies, data analysis, and the ability to publish peer-reviewed academic papers.
- Strong mentoring, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills to support student development.
- Organizational, time management, and curriculum planning abilities.
- A PhD or advanced degree in the relevant field is required. Prior experience in a higher education teaching position is highly desirable.
- Commitment to professional development and knowledge of advancements in education and research in the subject field.
