Care360 is seeking a hands-on, mid-level HR professional to support our fast-growing operations across Nairobi, Mombasa, Eldoret and Nakuru.
This role is ideal for someone who is strong in HR administration, recruitment, employee relations and HR operations — NOT a senior strategist — but someone reliable, organised and ready to run efficient HR processes every single day.

- Manage day-to-day HR operations across branches
- Handle recruitment, interviews, onboarding & probation follow-ups
- Maintain accurate staff records, leave, attendance & timesheets
- Coordinate payroll inputs and statutory compliance
- Support managers with employee relations & disciplinary processes
- Prepare HR reports, contracts, and documentation
- Support implementation of performance check-ins & HR systems
- Ensure compliance with Kenyan labour laws
- Degree or Diploma in HR Management / Business Administration
- 3–5 years of solid HR experience
- CHRP is an added advantage
- Strong administrator with excellent organisation skills
- Experience in service industries (healthcare, education, hospitality, retail, call centers) is preferred
- Confident communicator who can support teams across multiple branches
