What You’ll Work On
- Logo system (static + animated)
- Wordmark, symbol, variations
- Animated glow/halo sequences for product intro
- Character Illustration (Tally’s face)
- Refine style, emotions, and presence
- Prepare layered assets for animation (eyes, eyebrows, mouth, halo)
- Product Animations
- Halo motion
- Floating icons (mic, keyboard)
- Tally Desk transitions
- Assistant interaction cues
Deliverables
- Figma, AE, Lottie/JSON, SVG/PNG assets
- Motion Style Guide
- Engineering-ready animations
- Skills & Tools We’re Looking For :
Core Competencies
- Motion Design (expert level)
- Character/face illustration (soft/gradient style)
- Ability to express personality through animation
- Strong visual storytelling
- UI/UX awareness and micro-interaction design
- Branding & identity creation
- Timing, easing, animation curves mastery
- Ability to work fast, independently, and iterate quickly
- Extreme attention to detail and aesthetic quality
- Experience bringing a digital assistant or character to life (bonus)
Tools
You should be comfortable with:
- Motion & Animation
- Adobe After Effects (required)
- Lottie / Bodymovin (JSON export)
- Rive (bonus)
- Blender (bonus for 3D glow effects)
- Design & Illustration
- Figma (required)
- Adobe Illustrator
- Photoshop
Procreate (optional)
