Senior Executive-HRBP Commercial: Kikambala
Key Responsibilities.
- Strategic HR Partnering: Align HR initiatives with business goals.
- Talent Acquisition & Management: Support recruitment succession, and retention.
- Employee Relations & Performance: Guide managers on performance, conduct, and engagement.
- Learning, Change & Compliance: Drive development, manage change, and ensure compliance.
- Leadership & Operations: Lead teams and oversee efficient HR and administrative operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional certification in HR (e.g., CHRP, SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience, with 1 year of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
