Senior Accountant
- As a Senior Accountant, you’ll oversee the full spectrum of accounting functions from managing the general ledger and leading month-end/year-end closings, to preparing accurate financial statements and ensuring alignment with accounting standards. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
- Beyond the numbers, you’ll play a strategic role in building systems that strengthen internal controls, streamline reporting, and foster a culture of financial transparency. You’ll also have the opportunity to mentor junior accounting staff, helping grow a high-performing finance team grounded in accountability and excellence.
This is an ideal opportunity for professionals who:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (BCom)
- Possess a CPA (K) qualification (mandatory)
- Have at least 3 years of experience in accounting ideally within property management or the service industry
- Are proficient in SAGE or Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision)
- Excel in financial analysis, reporting, and problem-solving
- Thrive in collaborative, high-impact environments
