Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST

Level: Hyper Junior

  • Manage and coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure optimal coverage for clients.
  • Communicate effectively with caregivers and clients regarding schedule changes and updates.
  • Proactively plan and adjust schedules to accommodate new client onboarding and staffing needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of client information.
  • Provide input on recruitment needs based on scheduling demands and client preferences.
  • Match caregivers with clients based on compatibility and care requirements.
  • Utilize phone communication as the primary method to foster strong relationships with clients and caregivers.
  • Address scheduling issues promptly and escalate concerns when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially via phone.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
  • English proficiency (Level 9.0 to 10.0).
  • Previous experience in scheduling or administrative roles is a plus.
