Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure optimal coverage for clients.
- Communicate effectively with caregivers and clients regarding schedule changes and updates.
- Proactively plan and adjust schedules to accommodate new client onboarding and staffing needs.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of client information.
- Provide input on recruitment needs based on scheduling demands and client preferences.
- Match caregivers with clients based on compatibility and care requirements.
- Utilize phone communication as the primary method to foster strong relationships with clients and caregivers.
- Address scheduling issues promptly and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, especially via phone.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
- English proficiency (Level 9.0 to 10.0).
- Previous experience in scheduling or administrative roles is a plus.
