Company Description
Platinum Credit Limited is a Micro Finance Company licensed in Kenya under the Company’s Act. Founded in 2002, the company aims to provide emergency loans to Civil Servants, TSC members, and employees of selected companies. Platinum Credit Limited offers various loan products including Civil Servant Loans, Log Book Loans, Personal Loans, Asset Finance, Import Duty Finance, and Landlord Loans.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson, located in Kitengela. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and acquiring potential clients, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include reaching out to prospective clients, conducting product presentations, negotiating terms and conditions of loans, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Salesperson will also be involved in maintaining accurate sales records and providing feedback to the management team.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Skills in sales, customer relationship management, and product presentation
- Experience in negotiating terms of loans and closing sales
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate sales records and reporting
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Previous experience in the finance or microfinance sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
