Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Team Member located in Nairobi County, Kenya. Some work from home is acceptable. The Sales Team Member will be responsible for daily tasks such as customer service, communication with clients, unloading, and sales activities. The role involves meeting with potential clients, understanding their needs, presenting our solutions, and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Experience in Sales activities
- Physical ability for unloading tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is desirable
