Job Description
The Sales Development Team Lead (Sales Supervisor) is responsible for monitoring team performance, providing coaching and training, fostering a positive team culture, and ensuring process optimization. This role acts as a bridge between SDRs and BDRs, driving results through leadership, motivation, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Team Performance Monitoring
- Track daily KPIs (scheduled meetings, attended meetings, onboardings, activations).
- Ensure achievement of individual and team goals.
- Identify deviations and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Record performance evaluations for team members.
Coaching and Continuous Development
- Provide frequent and constructive feedback to each SDR.
- Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions to improve prospecting, communication, and tool usage skills.
Onboarding New Team Members
- Ensure new hires understand the services offered.
- Deliver direct call training.
- Support their adaptation until they meet baseline performance indicators.
Motivation and Team Culture
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven environment.
- Implement recognition and reward initiatives to strengthen engagement.
Process and Tool Optimization
- Identify new sales niches.
- Ensure proper use of work platforms.
- Collaborate with other departments to adjust processes based on business needs.
- Provide strategic leads for sales efforts.
- Upload contact lists only when necessary.
Reporting
- Present weekly and monthly reports to the team and supervisor.
- Act as the liaison between SDRs and BDRs.
- Record and monitor daily attendance reports.
- Update daily reports on SDR and BDR activities (IA’s, Onboarding, Activations).
