Brilliant Development Co. Ltd, a leading real estate company located in Kigali, Rwanda, is seeking a talented Sales Supervisor from Kenya. Specializing in premium commercial spaces, we are committed to excellence and innovation in the real estate sector. The Sales Supervisor will play a crucial role in driving our sales strategy and expanding our market presence, contributing to the success of our flagship project, Brilliant Tower, and enhancing our impact on Rwanda’s commercial landscape.
Duties and Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Conversion
- Engage prospects generated from marketing campaigns, referrals, walk-ins, and digital platforms.
- Qualify leads through needs assessment, budget evaluation, and investment profiling.
- Maintain accurate and timely records in the Customer Management System
Market Research& Intelligence
- Conduct market research to maintain updated knowledge of property inventory, competitor offerings, market pricing, and buyers’ trends.
- Adjust sales strategies proactively to maintain project competitiveness.
Sales Team Management& Coaching
- Supervise and lead the daily sales team management, to conduct training and performance evaluation of the sales team, and to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
Client Engagement& Relationship Management
- Conduct site tours, virtual walkthroughs, and one-on-one presentations tailored to client needs. Provide professional advice on property features, pricing, payment plans, and investment potential.
- Handle client inquiries and objections with confidence and product mastery.
- Deliver excellent customer service to drive sales conversions.
Sales Progress Monitoring& Reporting
- Regularly track sales progress, evaluate performance and prepare detailed sales reports for senior management. Provide weekly sales reports, pipeline updates, and insights to the Head of Sales.
Deal Closure& Contract Management
- Guide clients through the reservation, deposit, and sales or lease agreement process.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and after-sales teams to ensure smooth documentation and client onboarding.
- Achieve or exceed individual monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Channel Development and Management
- Support the marketing team in developing and maintaining diverse sales pipelines.
- Collaborate with brokers, agencies, and partners to maximize channel effectiveness.
- Attend open days, exhibitions, Expos, and investment forums to promote the company’s brand and products.

Minimum Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or Real Estate.
- Minimum of 3(Three) years’ sales experience in the real estate sector or property trading, particularly B2C high-value sales.
- Resourceful in developing new customer leads and converting prospects to done-deal customers.
- Proven ability to meet& exceed sales targets consistently, and manage a team.
- Experience working with diaspora clients or high-net-worth individuals.
- Highly adaptable and effective under pressure, delivering results through excellent planning, analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., French, Kiswahili) are an added advantage.
- Competent in MS Office and digital communication tools (Zoom, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Preferably a male, aged between 30 and 45.
