Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The role involves building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, presenting product solutions, and achieving sales targets. The representative will also assist in managing sales pipelines, providing top-notch customer service, and conducting training sessions to enhance product knowledge where necessary.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients
- Experience in Sales, including identifying opportunities and closing deals
- Training and Sales Management skills to support team performance and client education
- Proactive attitude, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
- Knowledge of the security solutions industry is a plus
