A well-established SME in the manufacturing and distribution of personal care products is seeking to recruit dynamic and motivated Sales Representatives to support its expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and sell a range of personal care and grooming products to retail outlets, salons, and beauty supply stores.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
- Provide timely market feedback and ensure consistent achievement of sales objectives and coverage targets.
- Prepare daily field updates and submit weekly sales reports to the Sales Team Leader.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Age: 21 – 27 years.
- Education: Minimum Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in field sales, preferably within the personal care, beauty, or FMCG sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Performance Expectation:
- Successful candidates will be expected to meet and sustain weekly sales targets as a core performance requirement. Continuous achievement of these targets is essential for maintaining the position. This role demands consistency, accountability, and a results-oriented approach.
