Training Sales

  • Promote FRISK’s internationally CPD-accredited professional training in Health, Safety, and Sustainability.
  • Identify and qualify corporate clients in construction, manufacturing, energy, logistics, and professional services.
  • Sell both open-seat and in-house training solutions to organizations and individuals.

Strategic HSE & Sustainability Solutions

  • Prospect and engage organizations requiring consulting and advisory services, including:
  • HSEQ Management System Development & Auditing (ISO 45001, ISO 45003)
  • Environmental & Sustainability Management (ISO 14001, ESG, CSRD, GRI)
  • Risk Assessment and Emergency Preparedness Consulting
  • Incident and accident investigation services
  • Environmental and Carbon Reporting (CSRD, GHG, GRI)
  • Corporate Sustainability and Climate Action Programs
  • Collaborate with FRISK’s experts to develop customized solutions and bundled offers for enterprise clients.

Sales Operations

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email campaigns, and CRM tools to maintain an active pipeline.
  • Deliver weekly progress reports and participate in strategy meetings.
  • Represent FRISK professionally across all client interactions, events, and online engagements.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Management, or HSE (preferred).
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in training, consulting, or sustainability services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn networking, CRM systems, and email prospecting.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and engage senior-level decision-makers.
  • Based in Nairobi, with flexibility for remote work and client visits.
  • Self-driven, strategic thinker, and highly organized.

Compensation & Growth Path

  • Commission-based structure with performance bonuses for meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • After 3 months, the role is designed to scale up based on performance.
  • High-performing candidates may progress into:
  • Key Account Sale/Sales Manager, leading a growing sales team
  • Tender & Business Development Team Lead, focusing on enterprise bids and regional expansion.
