Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Representative role at Flosure Insurance Agency, located in Nairobi County, Kenya.
- The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, presenting and promoting insurance products and services, and closing sales transactions.
- They will provide customer support, maintain relationships with clients, and achieve sales targets.
- Conducting training sessions to educate clients on insurance products may also be part of the role’s responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in communication and customer service to interact effectively with clients and address their inquiries.
- Proficiency in sales and sales management to achieve targets and optimize sales processes.
- Ability to conduct training and educate clients on products and services.
- A results-oriented mindset and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
