Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Agribusiness, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of sales experience in FMCG, agribusiness, or manufacturing.
- Proven record in managing corporate or institutional clients.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Computer literate (MS Office; ERP systems preferred).
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently.
- Highly self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and manage corporate clients in FMCG, retail, hospitality, and export sectors.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Promote and sell company products, including flowers, vegetables, and manufactured goods.
- Negotiate and close contracts with corporate buyers and distributors.
- Conduct client visits, follow up on leads, and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to guide sales strategy.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams for timely deliveries and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales and market activity reports.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
