Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales & Marketing Associate to join the Newvasha
team. This is a full-time position dedicated to driving land parcel sales across our commercial,residential, and industrial zones. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in real estate or property sales and be passionate about helping clients secure opportunities in one of Kenya’s most promising developments.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell residential, commercial, and industrial land parcels to prospective buyers and investors.
Actively manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and prospecting to client onboarding and post-sale support.
Create and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement, site visits, and follow-ups.
Collaborate with the digital marketing and content teams to align messaging and campaigns.
Participate in marketing initiatives, expos, and open days to represent Newvasha.
Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all property listings, pricing, and financing options.

Requirements:

3+ years’ experience in real estate sales or a closely related field.
Proven ability to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of the property market in Kenya, especially in Nakuru and surrounding counties.
Self-driven with the ability to manage time and responsibilities independently.
Fluent in English and Kiswahili.
